I refuse to take my son and daughter to any type of safari, zoo, or wild life refuge. The reason isn’t because I hate animals (I do hate baboons and most primates) but rather I find those places depressing at best and just freakin’ gross at the worst.

A recent trip to the mall with my son for spring clothes took me back in my mind to when my mother used to take my brother and me clothes shopping. As a kid Big Dirty hated and I mean HATED clothes shopping. I suppose some of it had to do with the fact that I was a boy and would have rather been playing football with Bubba and Davy in the street or at home playing Atari. But at 8/10 years old one of the biggest reasons I hated buying clothes was I was a fat kid.
